Poor breakfast at Chapel Allerton leeds.
Yorkshire puddings were not cooked very well, looked and tasted like a failed attempt to make them. The rest of the food on display that you could help yourself to was pretty much cold.
I won't be going bk to this Toby anytime soon as the past few times haven't been fantastic.
Horseforth toby on the other hand serve lovely food. The food is always fresh with a nice choice of yorkshire puddings ?

Should you send them round for hot breakfasts rather than meals you will find that there will be a surplus in your account. Speak with travelodge and see if they can inco-operate the vouchers for breakfasts into their room surcharges for the inaccural amount. Marie-Lourdes

The best carvery in town.

Having recently had a meal at the Strathclyde park Toby i was left with such disappointment, it must have been 28 degrees outside, the temp inside was so clammy you weren't able to enjoy your meal in fact it was so hot i just couldn't finish mine.I think the place would benefit with a good air con unit or at least open the windows.

Fabulous staff in your Chester Mickle Trafford restaurant. Lovely young lady who served us and was very attentive, polite and helpful.

Used to go to Toby Carvery often. They have had an offer on for a while, have 3 puddings, get it scanned on your phone then get a free pudding. Three times it has failed to scan, when told to staff, nothing we can do, write to head office. Written & emailed, nothing.
It may only be “a pudding”, but dont advertise what you cant deliver. Wont be going again, cant do with there couldn’t care less attitude.

Food stale and not filled dishes. Staff poor.
The food had been stood under hot lights and had dried up. The gravy was clogged and not stirred after not being used for a while at Bolto Toby.

Visited Ramsgate restaurant on Sunday. The queue for food was huge and I have mobility issues, I can't stand for long periods, there really isn't provisions for less abled customers. The food was okay until I discovered I had a very rotten potato. I showed my partner abd he said he had rotten potatoes too and had to cut bits off them. I showed the server when she came over to clear our plates but she just said 'oh'. She asked if we wanted a dessert but we didn't, then she left to get our bill but no further mention of it at all, no apology, no bill reduction, nothing.

I preordered a meal for 4 people this morning (06/07/22) via the Uber eats app for delivery between 19:45-20:15 from Toby Thanet, Ramsgate.
I am currently working night shifts and my partner is in hospital having been rushed in last Friday following a suspected heart attack.
I had a message that my order would be picked up and delivered on time, however I received a message from the courier who informed me that they had run out of meat and to call the restaurant.
I called the restaurant and was told I was speaking to the manager, she was very abrupt, almost rude and told me they had run out of meat, even though it was only 7:45 on a Wednesday night! I had to leave for work hungry, my kids had to try and scrape together a meal, this is unbelievably poor, both the service and customer service were horrendous, they couldn’t even be bothered to call me and tell me themselves, after a couple of bad experiences in the past I will not use this restaurant again and will leave honest reviews to warn poor families like mine.Pathetic.

The most disgusting meal I have eaten in my life and I have eaten in some bad restaurants.
Many of the items on the menu were not available, limited on beers - none on tap!
Food was cold when delivered 30 minutes after it was ordered.
The person serving was one of the most rude people I have ever experienced.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Went to the cavery today and Halle was our server gave Really good service and the food was all very fresh and hot. Of course we upgraded to the king plate, and piled them high. Drinks service was quick, and we had pudding and coffee. Couldn’t fault it, very relaxed and clean, will defiantly be going back. If your passing worth dropping in for a cheeky mid week roast.

The Friary Swindon, absolutely disgusting. people queuing for eggs and the staff bringing out 4 at a time while customers waiting with cold food. Bacon was nearly all fat and looked like it had been shredded.Staff that couldn’t care less while people were complaining. We will never step foot in there again as I said disgusting ??

Staff were lovely but unfortunately the food was not. Person serving the meat was totally disinterested he handed us our choice of carved meat on offer and walked back into the kitchen. We moved to the vegetable selection to find the worst selection of dried up food I’ve ever seen. Most of the food was welded to the dishes and the serving spoons were literally too hot to handle. Most unappetising food I have ever been offered. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This must be the worst Carvery in the world visited The Toby at Willingdon Drove Eastbourne Tuesday 28th June 2022 at 7pm as booked table queued for over 30mins asked for the roast Beef when we tried to cut it if was so tough when we broke off a piece it was like chewing leather left it all on plate to show to Manager it would be ideal for making shoes asked to speak to manager was told after 10 mins will charge for a vegitarian meal again I asked to speak to manager she eventually came over and in a rude attitude loudly said have altered it to a vegitarian meal I said we did not come here for a vegitarian she said not authorised to do anything else can have ice cream she was so rude paid and left will never visit toby Carvery again
the Stonehouse or the Crown Carvery are much more professional and much better and decent quality Meats
